The therapeutic dance teaser workshop is designed to introduce participants to the foundations of the Therapeutic Dance Certificate (TDC) program. Through guided movement experiences, breath and stretch practices, and an introduction to the foundational components of the TDC training, participants will explore how movement can deepen awareness, strengthen interpersonal connection, and foster authentic expression. Participants will engage in a group movement experience that emphasizes community building, relationship development, and self-awareness. The workshop will also provide an overview of the TDC curriculum and dedicated time for questions, offering a glimpse into the program’s approach to learning.
