1. Reinforce the culture of care for oneself and others within our professional community.
2. Understand and recognize how completing the stress cycle helps manage symptoms of burnout.
3. Practice one to two experiential exercises that build intrinsic resiliency and a sense of community.
This workshop will reinforce the power of internal resiliency and sense of community as vehicles to supporting individual well-being and the well-being of the community. Participants will better understand and reflect on completing the stress cycle as a way to manage the symptoms of burnout/emotional exhaustion. In addition, creative experiential techniques will be offered to empower participants’ ability to connect to self, others and reach out for support for themselves or others, if needed.
