Broadly, these workshops are designed for anyone interested in enhancing their clinical knowledge and practice. BUILDING RESILIENCY TO SUPPORT WELL-BEING

This workshop will reinforce the power of internal resiliency and sense of community as vehicles to supporting individual well-being and the well-being of the community.  Participants will better understand and reflect on completing the stress cycle as a way to manage the symptoms of burnout/emotional exhaustion.  In addition, creative experiential techniques will be offered to empower participants’ ability to connect to self, others and reach out for support for themselves or others, if needed.

SEXUAL HARASSMENT PREVENTION AND RESPONSE TRAINING WORKSHOP

In this sexual harassment prevention and response workshop, participants will learn what constitutes sexual harassment, what to do if one experiences or witnesses sexual harassment, how to report sexual harassment, and related laws and policies. Participants will have the opportunity to apply strategies for bystander intervention in situations involving sexual harassment, counseling someone who has experienced unconsented sexual conduct, and the overall prevention of sexual harassment.
