Standing with Grief: Resourcing Your Grief to Support Your Clients

Course Description: In this workshop, we will move through a process of journaling, discussion and movement designed to help you gain clarity around how connecting with your own embodied wisdom and grief might support your clients as they move through and towards theirs.  In this workshop, you will begin to learn how to utilize your own body AND grief to get better at holding the grief of the ones you work with without shutting down or getting burnt out.
